Static Caravan – Southerness

Hire our very own static caravan on the Southerness Parkdean Resort. A stunning 2021 caravan that is 12ft wide x 37ft long. It also has full decking that is 8ft wide at the rear (4ft wide down the side) with a lockable gate so you can leave your furry friends to it whilst you get on with relaxing.

This caravan is beautifully situated with a good sea view, and is not near any treatment works. No funny smells! It is near the water tower, so has excellent pressure for those hot showers.

We only use AirBNB to allow for booking protection and insurance purposes.

All mod cons are included such as cooking utensils and crockery. There is a full size fridge / freezer and a dishwasher. We have a kettle, 4 slice toaster, air fryer, microwave / grill combo, and a full gas oven and hob so meals can be cooked with ease.

There is gas central heating and a fully programmable electric fire to keep everything cosy.

This is situated on Lake View in the Parkdean Resort, Southerness. This is a quieter owners area with a lovely sea view and literally a one minute walk from the beach entrance.

You have all of the local amenities to enjoy.

We have an uprated 43″ TV with all the terrestrial channels.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, double wardrobe, and ensuite toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and also has a double depth wardrobe and desk area. The sofa also converts into a double bed to allow for parties of up to 6 people. There is a large power shower in the main washroom as well as a full domestic loo and sink.

We also have paving slabs to park your car on, rather than being on the grass.

Note if you wish to take advantage of the Parkdean facilities, you will need to buy a hub pass through them whilst you are there. Your hub pass allows access into all facilities on park such as swimming pools*, kids’ clubs, amusements, cafes, bars, restaurants and the entertainment complex. These are generally around £10 for your stay, but vary at different times.
